Flat-Panel Dispays Get Larger and Cheaper - Flat panel displays help to maximize display size and quality. They also consume less power and save a lot of space. Did we mention that they also look good on your desk? The good news is that the prices are continuing to drop. For example, on August 12, 2006, a 19-inch flat-panel display made by Viewsonic could be purchased from CDW for a mere $225. A similar display two years ago would have cost about a thousand dollars.

Microsoft Windows Vista Finally Arrives! - After over six years since the release of Windows XP, Microsoft finally realeased Windows Vista in January of 2007. The new operating system has backward compatibility with older Windows applications, and includes many new and improved features. Most importantly, this is the first version of Windows that has undergone Microsoft's new security measures that are expected to help thwart future nefarious attacks.
